The hiking routes lead through the peaceful pine forests of Beberbeķi, past Beberbeķi Lake and recreational areas, gradually entering the world of Riga Airport and aviation. Along the way, you can discover the Riga Aviation Museum, watch aircraft, explore the Skulte area, visit the “Mētras” lavender fields and see the historic White Cross. What makes these routes special is the contrast between quiet forests and aircraft taking off nearby.
